Renew Med Spa is an Oakville-based client I worked with. The client and I worked together to create social media posts to accentuate the existing brand voice and presence.

The social media strategy for the Oakville-based client during COVID focused on several key initiatives:

  1. Store Communication: Regular updates on store hours and curb-side pickup availability were shared to ensure customers could easily access information during uncertain times.

  2. Product Promotion: Posts highlighted in-store products, showcasing their benefits and encouraging customer engagement with the brand’s offerings.

  3. Educational Content: To add value and foster brand loyalty, the account incorporated a series of skincare tips, aimed at informing followers while promoting best practices for skin health.

  4. Aesthetic & Vibe: The overall messaging and visuals maintained a natural, organic, and modern aesthetic, aligning with the brand’s identity and appealing to the target audience.

This strategy not only informed customers but also built a community by offering valuable skincare insights, encouraging users to follow for ongoing tips and product updates.
